A major player in the construction sector in the Republic of Congo, MBTP has been entrusted with the development works as part of the construction of the Pointe-Noire Special Economic Zone (SEZ).
It should be noted that the Pointe-Noire SEZ is the result of a public-private partnership concluded in June 2022 between Congo and the company Arise IIP, which is present in Gabon, Benin, and Togo. Specializing in the design, financing, and development of industrial platforms, it is also responsible for developing the Ouesso SEZ.
